How to run application with a different user in Windows 7 with just right click

If we are login into windows 7 with our own profile in some domain, then,we have a little problem to run some application with different user, in case we have no special privilege in our office domain server but we want to run some application with other user who  have it, not just by right click and then appears an option to run it with other user, only option “Run as administrator” (just like picture below),

we have to switch our user with user that have some special privilege first to do that.
